CHARTERHOUSE BAR, 38 CHARTERHOUSE ST, LONDON, EC1M 6JH

nini.mishra@accenture.com stating:

Congratulations POLE ADDICTs*! We've achieved a lot this year for charity - ?1800 in April 07 for HIV Africa, ?900 for Breast Cancer Care in September and we'd like to invite you to finish 2007 with this very special event.

POLE ADDICT Nini successfully completed her charity trek to Kilimanjaro earlier this year, and we're delighted to help support her in her next quest - a trek to Base Camp Everest!!! Worth mentioning - Nini even saves up herself to cover the cost of her trip, so all money donated will go directly to the VSO Education Nepal project***

We'll be holding an afternoon of teaser sessions - with proceeds going to her charity. As many of you will have previous pole experience, we thought this the perfect opportunity to celebrate our BURLESQUE ADDICTs** recent launch and share some of the burlesque basics with you. Your choice, or why not try both for a bargain ?20!

Tickets are ?10 per lady, for a 45 min teaser session in either pole or burlesque or ?20 for both. Not sure, or can't make up your mind? See the below;

*POLE ADDICTs - addicted to pole

Pole dancing is a fantastic, enjoyable way to keep fit - have so much fun, you won't event realize it's a work out! And it can be quite saucy too (depending on your comfort zones - nothing is compulsory!)

At the POLE ADDICTs teaser, you will learn some of the basic pole moves - with focus on the fitness elements. Comprised of floor work, spins, linking moves, poses & tricks - you will learn a selection of each. Expect fellow pole comrades to cheer you on and support you in your new quest. Who knows how high you'll get?!

What to wear for pole dancing? Bring shorts (ideally, although arrive in trousers and we'll just roll them up a bit!) heels (assist the strut & posture - although you could dance in trainers or bare feet too!)

**BURLESQUE ADDICTs - dedicated to the Art of Tease

Come with a desire to enhance your body confidence, whilst reaching out to your true sensuality. Class atmospheres are light-hearted and full of fun and flirtation - our aim is for you to enjoy satisfaction and gratification as a result of attending!

Through the BURLESQUE ADDICTs teaser, you lovely ladies will learn many of the marvellous moves of burlesque, with a particular focus on the art of tease. These include wow factor walks, wonderful wiggles, beautiful bumping and grinding, elegant and effective floor work, and the ability to capture, captivate and seduce your chosen subject! Traditional burlesque props are incorporated too, such as - glamorous long gloves, hats, feather boas, fans and tassels. What a surprise it could be to take these new found skills home and impress (more Christmas present ideas?!) We are respectful of individual comfort zones, highly supportive and of course incredibly encouraging! Unleash the glamorous show-girl in yourself and your friends, and put a little extra razzle-dazzle into your life!

What to wear for burlesque? Please bring some heels to assist your posture, a skirt (with your choice of appropriate undies for a petticoat flash!) and a shirt with buttons. There is an element of strip tease in this teaser, but no nudity is required from you!

The bar will be open all afternoon, for you to meet other ladies attending, share you're experiences, make new friends, or meet up with old ones until it is your turn for your lesson! (And of course purchase a drink or two for Dutch courage!)

If you would like to attend, please send an email to:

- Your teaser preference (burlesque/pole/both) and should you have any other

commitments that day, please also request a suitable time between 12 - 5pm. We will make best endeavours to accommodate such requests! Otherwise on the day lesson times between these hours will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

- Once your places are confirmed Nini will send you details of how to make the payment.

Also on the day, we will be holding a raffle with wonderful prizes to be won.

And if you're thinking Christmas shopping, why not buy a teaser or course voucher for your female friends / family on the day - as a donation will go to the charity from each booking!

***VSO EDUCATION PROGRAMME NEPAL

Supporting education is the key to the future of Nepal. (The 12th poorest country in the world)

Over a third of Nepal's population live below the poverty line. The Nepalese government and senior educationalists within and outside the country realised that a well-run education system would be key to addressing poverty. It would go some of the way to building a population with the knowledge, confidence and communications skills to help itself.

VSO is working closely with the Nepalese government to bring about this change. Part of the remit is to ensure that while a strong education system is implemented, the actual bodies that administer this are well governed and transparent in their business.

The overall aim of VSO Nepal's education work is to increase access to education for marginalised groups. VSO Nepal volunteers are working in the areas of education, participation and governance, and HIV & AIDS. VSO's work supports many of the most disadvantaged groups in Nepal including women, Dalits, ethnic groups, and disabled people. These groups are often not included in government development policies, decision-making processes and may be denied access to basic public services. These groups often face discrimination and social exclusion from birth.

By undertaking this tough climb to Everest Base Camp where the effects of altitude sickness will clearly be felt all funds raised will go directly to supporting this programme with none going on trek costs.
